About HNT
About Polar Horizons
Polar Horizons was founded in 2001 by Joey Kincer, a full-time web programmer. In 1997, Joey began working with HTML code and started his first website. Over the years, he learned the proper standards for building and maintaining an appealing web environment.

In 1999, he began self-training with Flash® technology and learned to develop a rich presence using smooth animation and ambient music.

In 2001, after mastering coding standards and developing a sense of style that focuses on simplicity, Joey decided to bring his web-building skills to the public, and started the Polar Horizons web design service.

But he continued to learn new things. In 2003, Joey moved from standard HTML to using dynamic ASP technology, with SQL Server as the driving database. In 2005, he added the basics of Microsoft .NET technology to his belt, and continues to learn the language of C#.
